Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we require a $20 deposit when booking online, which is applied to your final bill. This helps us manage our schedule effectively.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
Do you groom cats?
Currently, we specialize in dog grooming only. We recommend finding a groomer that specializes in feline care for your kitty.
What if my dog is matted?
Severely matted coats may require additional time and fees. In some cases, shaving may be necessary for your pet's comfort and safety.
